of our staff have a qualification in children’s care, learning and development or are qualified to degree level, and we actively encourage others to pursue formal qualifications. In addition, all staff receive training in safeguarding children, paediatric first aid, moving and handling, food hygiene and fire safety. All training needs are individually assessed and further training provided as required.
